Items may be exchanged within 30 days provided the item is in the original condition, in original packaging and has not been used.

Gift cards, final sale items, and custom pieces are non-returnable.

To return an item: Contact us at hello@sharisullivan.com and retain your receipt or proof of purchase. We will provide return shipping information and process for exchange by email.

We cannot exchange your item if:
Item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for ANY reasons not due to our error.
It's been more than 30 days since delivery.
